Inside Sales Representative - San Francisco
Better Workplace is seeking top producing sales representatives to help drive growth in strategic markets. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and outgoing individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ability to source and qualify leads, identify decision makers and deliver polished presentations that lead to direct sales will be critical to your success. Our sales representatives are high-energy, self-motivated, agile and able to adjust direction based on situation requirements.
Job Description - As an Inside Sales Representative you will:
- Qualify and develop leads
- Employ product knowledge and active listening skills to gather information necessary to identify needs and opportunities
- Build and maintain accurate account information in our CRM system.
- Track and measure sales goals and metrics via CRM database
- Handle inbound and outbound pre-sales communications with customers in an effort to reduce the sales cycle and drive revenue for Better Workplace.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success closing outbound sales calls
- Have completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong solution selling and analytical skills
- Must be an independent self-starter with a sense of urgency, proven results orientation.
- You must be flexible/adaptable and have a knack for thinking on your feet to succeed in this role
- A track record of impeccable customer service and attention to detail required
- Able to manage time, leads, and produce results
- Previous start-up experience and demonstrated results with introducing new products
